Quality
QUALITY IS IN THE DETAILS.
Quality is not simply inspected at the end.
It is built into every stage of the manufacturing process.
Quality Philosophy
BUILT INTO THE PROCESS.
At CAYSON, quality begins long before a finished faucet reaches inspection. From stainless steel selection and precision machining to polishing, finishing, assembly and testing, each stage is carefully controlled to deliver reliable performance and a refined finish.

Four Pillars
FOUR PILLARS OF QUALITY

Raw Material
We select stainless steel according to product requirements and application conditions, with material specifications controlled throughout production.

Precision Manufacturing
Precision machining and controlled production processes help maintain dimensional accuracy, functional consistency and reliable assembly.

Surface Finishing
Every visible surface is processed with attention to texture, consistency and detail, creating finishes designed to complement modern interiors.

Testing & Inspection
Finished products undergo functional and appearance checks before packaging, helping ensure consistent quality from production to shipment.
Material Quality
The Foundation Is Stainless Steel. Built To Last.
Material selection plays a fundamental role in the performance, durability and appearance of a faucet.
304 Stainless Steel
A widely used stainless steel grade for residential and commercial faucet applications.
316 Stainless Steel
Selected for applications where enhanced corrosion resistance is required.
Manufacturing & Quality Control Process
Five Steps To Excellence
From Raw Material to Finished Faucet
Every step of our production workflow is bound by defined Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and supported by systematic quality control throughout the manufacturing process.
01 Material Inspection
- Material composition spectral analysis
- Hardness testing
- Thickness tolerance
We only source premium stainless steel coils and rods from certified mills. Every batch undergoes chemical composition analysis using advanced spectrometers to guarantee that the nickel, chromium, and carbon ratios strictly meet international standards.
02 CNC Machining
- Dimensional accuracy
- Thread integrity
Utilizing state-of-the-art CNC multi-axis machines, our components are crafted with micrometer-level precision. During machining, operators perform routine self-checks, and our IPQC (In-Process Quality Control) team conducts random dimensional checks using high-precision digital calipers and height gauges.
03 Surface Finishing
- Fineness of the sandblasted texture
- Adhesion of electroplating/PVD
- No scratches or pinholes
Whether brushed, mirror-polished, or PVD-coated, our surface finishing is meticulously executed. We test coating adhesion through cross-hatch tape tests and salt spray corrosion resistance to ensure the finish never fades or peels over time.
04 Assembly & Testing
- Air tightness
- Water tightness
- Cartridge life
Assembly is performed in a dust-free environment. Every single faucet—not just a sample batch—undergoes 100% pneumatic and hydraulic pressure testing (under pressures up to 1.6 MPa) to eliminate any risk of leakage before it leaves the assembly line.
05 Final Inspection
- Accessories completeness
- Instruction manual
- Shock and drop packaging test
Before boxing, our FQC team inspects the finished products for aesthetics, function, and accessory completeness. Our packaging passes rigorous drop tests to ensure safe delivery across global supply chains.
